Great news for everyone interested in coastal management - MedOpen, a virtual training course developed by the PAP/RAC has been recently updated. The main goal of this educational programme is to promote the Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) as a sustainable approach to coastal management.

MedOpen is aimed at decision makers (at the local, national, regional, and international level), policy advisors, project managers, staff and experts from international organisations and institutions, academic researchers, students, and all others interested in coastal management. The main advantage of MedOpen with respect to other ICZM training programmes is that it is available online and is completely free of charge.
